Dungeons and Jokers

This game was originally created for the Global Games Jam 2024 by myself and two others. I chose to continue the game on the side, as we hadnt managed to get as far as we had hoped during the jam itself.
In this game, I took the role of the lead programmer - setting up the card system, the healing and counter cards, and the AI.

-Game Details

Dungeons and Jokers is a card battler- reduce your opponents health to zero, and you win. there are three types of cards:

Jokes- attacking cards that deal damage by saying something funny.

Rebuttals- counter cards that can nullify an opponents attack AND deal damage back to it by making a witty reply.

Composes- heal yourself by thinking about something sad.
